Processing Time
All items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or large orders may require additional time — you will be notified if that is the case.

Shipping Location
Orders ship from Minnesota.

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Wildwood + Grace is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

🤍 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our pieces are handcrafted and many are custom made:

Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original condition

• The buyer contacts us before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
